Central location, within a close distance from Pearrygin Lake State Park. Large and airy room overall, with queen beds.

Cozy cabin with a great river location!
The cozy space was perfect. Being just steps away from the river was a highlight. The hot tub was a good bonus after a day of hiking! The bed could use some improvement as it was a bit too soft for my preference.

The room was reasonably large and airy and had private bathroom plus a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. Its location was convenient, really close to downtown Winthrop, hike in the area and where to go in town, and loved having a deck looking out onto the river.

Amazing staff and cozy vibes!
We had a wonderful weekend! The staff was super cute right from check-in. Our cabin was cozy and clean, not on the river but still felt private. The hot tub was just what we needed after a long day! Only wish the road noise was a bit less at night. The outdoor dining area looked nice too!

I loved how my wooden cabin felt right on the river, and the spacious, clean surroundings made it a cozy getaway that I enjoyed. Plus, being just a short walk from Pearrygin Lake State Park provided the perfect backdrop for my weekend strolls and park views.

Staying in the Three-Bedroom Cottage for six nights offered fine river views and a hot tub that was perfect after a day of skiing. The cabin was quiet and private, with deer visible from the back porch. The location was convenient for exploring the quaint town and enjoying local dining, especially the homemade ice cream treat. Despite the occasional noise from neighboring cabins, the overall experience was good and worth the value.

a lovely cabin but slightly noisy
The cabin was impressively clean and spacious. The staff offered fantastic food recommendations, which enhanced our experience.
We enjoyed the ambiance, but the sound of the river was a bit louder at night than expected.

Not cheap but definitely worth it for families
The staff was super friendly, offering up advice on what trails to hit and where to find the best ice cream in town!
It wasn't affordable, but honestly, for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Staying at River's Edge Resort was like living in a cozy fairy tale-our cottage had a view of the river. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking up our own meals was good. Plus, the hot tub on the deck was a daily treat, like having our own mini spa under the stars. The staff was friendlier than a golden retriever with a tennis ball, always ready to help with suggestions for local eats.
Minor maintenance issues.
